NARPM is one of the largest property management associations for smaller property managers who mostly manage single family homes.

Certification – Certified Property Manager (CPM)
Pre Qualifications – 

  • Fulfill the one year Candidacy period by being a CPM Candidate Member, ARM Member, or ACoM Member in good standing for the 12 months prior to CPM approval
  • Be in good standing with annual national and chapter dues. (national dues are $495; chapter dues vary by chapter.)

  • Successful completion of all CAM coursework (totaling 40 hours)

Some of the things you would need for this certification are 3 years qualifying real estate management experience as defined by IREM, fulfill a one-year candidacy period by being a member in good standing for the 12 months prior to CPM® approval, submit 3 letters of recommendation, hold a real estate license, attend 2 IREM chapter meetings and be interviewed and approved by your IREM chapter.
