Mary Meeker from Kleiner Perkins just released her annual Internet Trends Report for 2017. It is full of tons of internet tidbits and data but one thing in particular stood out within the rental industry.
Parcel delivery has been growing consistently and experienced 9% YoY growth. This is causing some challenges for apartment lobbies where there is no place to store all of these pieces of parcels.
Companies like ParcelPending and others have helped streamline this process but it is estimated that this problem will only continue to get worse.
